Jenn Zella is Partner | Principal and Design Director of CID Design Group, a
national Multifamily, Hospitality and Commercial Interior Design firm with
offices in Naples, Florida and Cleveland, Ohio.

With dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Interior Design from The
University of Georgia, Jenn began her career building a residential
renovation company in Cleveland, Ohio, fixing and flipping all types of real
estate. An in-depth knowledge of creative, feasible, and affordable
construction practices coupled with a finance and design education has
allowed Jenn to uniquely distinguish CID Design Group by offering insight
and value to clients far beyond the typical Interior Designer engagement.
Embedded in CID’s culture is adding value, being on-time and being
on-budget. CID Design Group has grown into an award-winning firm with
projects both in new-construction and value-add, in over 25 states
nationwide, from Portland to Boston, and LA to Washington DC and even
Canada. Jenn believes that design can only be as good as the people doing
the work and CID employs over 20 of the best, who offer their expertise in
interior architecture, landscape design, facades, exterior colors, and
complete (re)branding of residential communities.

Through the team’s careful research of different markets, demographics,
amenity programming, and unit finish design, CID began publishing a
quarterly Multifamily Design Forecast as a tool for its team and clients.
Jenn is frequently engaged to present this research for Apartment
Associations, developers, and for clients, notably Greystar Development and
Management, nationwide.
