Michael C. Taylor is President of Current Builders. Mike joined the firm in 1982 following graduation from the University of Florida’s renowned School of Building Construction. Mike brings exceptional competency and a commitment to clients and design professionals from project inception through completion. His experience and understanding of project estimating complements the design stage ensuring that client objectives are met within a realistic budget pro forma. In addition to an extensive multifamily resume, Mike has overseen much of the firm’s 15 million square feet of commercial and industrial construction. Company strategic planning, and unmatched knowledge of the industry and executive management skills are constantly implemented by Mike as he orchestrates Current Builders’ day to day operations.

Mike is President of the south Florida Chapter of the Associated General Contractors and is a member of the Construction Association of South Florida, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Associated Builders and Contractors, the ME Rinker School of Building Construction Advisory Council and the Society of Professional Estimators.
