Hen Shoval serves as Director of Acquisitions for Pensam Capital, LLC. In that role, his responsibilities include underwriting potential new acquisitions and dispositions, leading due diligence and closings, providing analytical financial and market support for on-going projects, and ensuring the successful execution of all property-related transactions at Pensam.

Prior to joining Pensam Capital, Hen worked at JL Real Ventures, a real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily properties, where he led the acquisition and asset management of a US$100 million property portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst at BF Group, a private investor and developer of real estate products, where he underwrote and co-led the acquisition of over 10,000 apartment units across the U.S.

Hen has an MBA degree with emphasis in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Florida International University.
