Alexander S. Rosemurgy II is Managing Partner of Park Partners Residential. In 2013, Mr. Rosemurgy teamed up with Giles Capital to form a joint venture for the purpose of acquiring multifamily development sites and assets. As the venture successfully acquired and developed assets, Rosemurgy and Giles formed Park Partners Residential for the primary purpose of providing property management services for multifamily real estate, specializing in student housing. Over the past 18 months, entities controlled by Giles/Rosemurgy have acquired assets for which the stabilized value exceeds $200 million.

In addition, Mr. Rosemurgy is the CEO of Rosemurgy Properties, a privately owned commercial real estate development, investment and management firm. Portfolio assets include retail, multi-family, office, self-storage and land properties, with the focus being a long term diversified investment strategy. During his time as CEO of Rosemurgy Properties, the company has expanded its portfolio to over $350 million in assets under development and management. Prior to these roles, he was President and Co-Founder of Affinity Financial Group in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Rosemurgy has more than 17 years of commercial real estate, construction, and development experience with various firms in Florida.

Mr. Rosemurgy currently serves as a Member of the City of Boca Raton Affordable Housing Advisory Board, a Board Member of Young Presidents Organization – Palm Beach County Chapter, as well as an Advisory Board Member for the Alterna Financial Tax Lien Certificate Fund. He majored in Finance at Florida State University and resides in Boca Raton with his family.
