Having completed approximately 20,000 units and over $1 billion worth of construction, James attributes success to accessible, hands-on leadership, attentive personal service, a passion for detail and trusted relationships with developers throughout the U.S. LandSouth Construction has been awarded Best Places to Work in Northeast Florida as well as Fastest Growing Private Companies in Florida for two years in a row. James received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and holds General Contractor licenses in 7 southeastern states.
