Uri is an award-winning real estate developer that has vast knowledge in real estate, finance and general business management. As CEO of Crystal Lagoons USA, Uri leads the company’s partnership with world-class development companies which implement Crystal Lagoons’ amenity within their master plan and resort development projects. Uri has proven expertise in real estate as he has overseen the development of thousands of homes and several large scale mixed-use projects in Florida. He is the recipient of the prestigious Urban Land Institute (ULI) “Young Leader of the Year Award.” which honors a real estate professional whose achievements thus far in his/her career, exemplify personal, professional and civic contributions to the real estate industry and to the community at large. In his spare time Uri has taught real estate courses at Florida Atlantic University’s MBA program and is consistently ranked within the University’s top instructors based on the annual SPOT (Student Perception of Teaching) Survey. Uri earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley as well as a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and has previously worked in finance for Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital.
