Still Hunter is a senior vice president and one of the initial advisors of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA). Mr. Hunter joined Marcus & Millichap in 2000 specializing in the sale, purchase and exchange of institutional multifamily investments and serves as a senior director of IPA. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience who, with his business partner, has collectively closed in excess of $5 billion in multifamily sales totaling more than 40,000 apartment units.
During his career, Mr. Hunter has been the recipient of the prestigious chairman’s circle of excellence award and has earned multiple chairman’s club awards, national achievement awards and sales recognition awards. He was recognized as a top 10 agent company wide in 2005 and has been among the top 30 agents company wide on two other occasions. Mr. Hunter is a graduate of Rhodes College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish, in which he is fluent.
