Luis Gonzalez, a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is a principal and president of the Paragon Group of South Florida, LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategic planning and financing for the company.

In addition to Paragon Group, Mr. Gonzalez has been instrumental in establishing several longstanding commercial real estate firms, including Centrust Development Group, The Carlisle Group and Clinton International Group. As a principal at each of those startups, Mr. Gonzalez led in various roles such as Director of Acquisitions, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to founding Paragon Group, Mr. Gonzalez served as president of Centrust Development Group where he led land acquisition ventures in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Orange counties as well as developing multi-family projects in Monroe County, and identifying opportunities across the state in the rehabilitation and sale of office, hotel and multi-family properties.
