Matt Flowers, Senior Investment Director – primarily works on land acquisitions, real estate finance and dispositions for Related Groups’s multifamily rental portfolio. Matt has over ten years of experience in real estate working for multifamily developers and real estate private equity investors.
Prior to his role at Related, Matt was an Associate Vice President at Colony Realty Partners, a real estate private equity firm in Boston, where his work was focused on portfolio management and dispositions. Prior to Colony, he worked in an investment capacity at ZOM, Inc, a real estate development, investment and property management company.
Matt earned his B.S. in Mathematics and MBA from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a CFA charterholder and a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
