Dennis J. Eisinger is also a principal of Ocean Land Investments, Inc. With a strong background in real estate law, he and Jean Francois Roy have been friends and business partners since 1996.

Mr. Eisinger is the founder and managing partner of the Hollywood based law firm of Eisinger Brown Lewis Frankel & Chaiet, P.A. Over the past three decades, he has built a very successful real estate and corporate law practice, representing developers, numerous community associations, financial institutions and private equity clubs throughout Florida. His passion for real estate has led to his direct involvement in several development projects, including the successful development of student housing condominium projects in Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Eisinger studied business administration at the University of Florida, earning degrees in accounting and real estate, and later earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Florida School Of Law. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida’s School of Law where he teaches a class on condominium and community development law to second and third year law students.
