Joe Ben-Zvi serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TheGuarantors, an InsureTech platform for residential and commercial landlords. Joe is an operations executive with over 20 years of real estate experience and a career spent establishing and leading firms in the InsureTech and PropTech spaces. He is responsible for the day to day leadership and general management of the company, overseeing the rapid expansion of the firm. In this role, Joe has helped establish TheGuarantors as the leading risk mitigation platform for landlords while quickly expanding the firm to provide coverage nationwide. Most recently, the firm launched its first commercial product, Securiti™, with the aim of disrupting the commercial security deposit ecosystem.

Over the past two decades, Joe has guided multiple companies from seed to exit.In addition to establishing IP expertise in both Real Estate SaaS and Insure-tech, he has also led firms with over $500M in market value. He actively participates on advisory boards for technology partners, tech start-ups and non-profits and participates in various executive leadership and entrepreneur programs. Most recently, TheGuarantors has been named to CNBC’s 2018Upstart 100 list of promising startups to watch, and has been featured on Cheddar and Yahoo Finance for their game changing technology and innovation.
