PEdward P. Hogan, Jr is the Head of Retail for Vornado Realty Trust a public traded REIT. The portfolios includes over 2.5 million square feet in street retail concentrated in Manhattan’s dominant shopping streets and districts. Prior to joining Vornado in May of 2015 Edward spent 20 years working for Brookfield Properties. He most recently was Head of Retail and created and lease Brookfield Place a 330,000 SF luxury retail shopping venue in Downtown New York.

Edward earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, a Masters of Architecture at the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Master in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Edward has leased over 4 million square feet to such brands a Hermes, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Saks Fifth Avenue. He is a member of REBNY, ICSC, ULI and the AIA.
