Robert C. Epstein co-chairs the National Construction Law Practice at international law firm Greenberg Traurig. With more than 38 years of experience, Robert concentrates in representing developers and other owners of construction projects throughout the country. He has handled numerous complex construction litigations involving claims of construction defects, project delays, payment claims and other disputes. Robert is a frequent author and lecturer on construction law and claims, and holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
