Daniel Cunha is Founder and Managing Partner of SuccesCapital. Mr. Cunha is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s real estate development, investment and management. He has overseen acquisitions and developments comprising nearly $1.5 billion of total capitalization including hospitality, residential, land development, office and industrial properties. Prior to founding SuccesCapital, Mr. Cunha was the Investments Director of Iron House Real Estate in which he was responsible for the company’s investments in the Four Seasons hotels and residences in Brazil among other properties. He received his degree in Civil Engineering at ITA, Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, Brazil and his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
