Brahm Cramer is a Partner at AllianceBernstein (“AB”). He serves as the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Co-Head of the Real Estate Investment Group where he is responsible for the real estate elements of the firm’s focus in growing its alternative investment platform. He leads a $5 billion platform that includes a series of U.S. Opportunity Funds and a Senior Debt lending platform.

AB is a leading global investment manager with approximately $500 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining AB in 2010, Mr. Cramer was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he spent 18 years. He served as the CoHead of the firm’s Global Real Estate Principal Investment Area; co-chaired the Whitehall Investment Committees; served as Chief Financial Officer of the Whitehall Funds; served on the Firmwide Risk Committee; and oversaw the firm’s balance- sheet real estate positions.
