Gary N. Phillips joins as Senior Director in the New York office working primarily on originating equity investments. He will source and execute core / core plus office, retail, multi-family and industrial investments located in major markets throughout the U.S. These will be mainly via joint ventures and consistent with the real estate investment strategy undertaken for the Allianz Group investors. Mr. Phillips was previously Vice President, Acquisitions for Clarion Partners in New York with prior experience at RREEF and Deutsche Bank.
