Mr. Aghravi has secured the financing of nearly $1 billion on commercial property throughout the United States. As the Managing Director of Eastern Consolidated’s Capital Advisory Division, Mr. Aghravi utilizes in-depth financing experience and extensive relationships with real estate investors and lending institutions to tailor optimal capital solutions for clients and partners.

Mr. Aghravi began his career as an underwriter at Freddie Mac where he underwrote loans to assess credit risk and analyze loan feasibility. Mr. Aghravi then joined Hybrid Capital in 2009 and helped to establish the company as one of the leading commercial mortgage firms in the country.
