Michael Pollack has practiced real estate and corporate law in the greater New York metropolitan area for more than 30 years. Mr. Pollack advises clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of major commercial properties; lease transactions; construction contracts; real estate development projects; and litigation management.

Michael is known for representing some of the most prominent investors in central business district properties, ranging from institutional real estate investors and pension funds to Fortune 100 companies and multigenerational real estate families.
