Gary Jaye joined CBRE Global Investors in 2006 and is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Acquisitions for the U.S. Managed Accounts Group. In this capacity, Mr. Jaye oversees the acquisitions team and all facets of acquisitions for the Americas Core Strategies. He joined the real estate industry in 1990 and has completed billions of dollars’ worth of direct, structured and joint venture transactions. In addition, Mr. Jaye has extensive expertise in structuring transactions for off-shore investors including sovereign wealth funds.
